How UltimateCare® Works

Day 1 - A1 professionally installs your new equipment.

Day 2 - You’re covered. Call us for service anytime, day or night, at no charge for parts and labour.

Year 2-15 - An annual equipment inspection* is required to be performed by us. This will ensure your equipment is running at peak efficiency and satisfies the manufacturer's requirement for annual service.

Year 16 - We provide you with an exclusive UltimateCare® discount for new equipment. If you aren't ready to replace your equipment, we'll send you an offer for our Supercare Membership.

Planned maintenance work is to be performed by A1 Air Conditioning & Heating during Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays.

This warranty is restricted to the repair of equipment as originally installed by A1 Air Conditioning & Heating. Should you or any authority having jurisdiction request modification or relocation, these services will be performed at our regular service rates.

In the event that any product required to repair your equipment is not obtainable due to no fault of A1 Air Conditioning & Heating, the cost to modify or replace the equipment is not covered.

The UltimateCare® 15-Year Comprehensive Warranty is valid only to the original homeowner who must be an occupant of the location where the equipment was originally installed.

The warranty does not cover Acts of God or collateral damage.
